1. Agreement Overview & Binding Acceptances

By adding (hereafter referred to as the "Bot", "Service", or "NOIR") to your Discord Guild (Server) or using any of its features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and Discord's Developer Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately remove the Bot from your server.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Bot only for lawful purposes. You explicitly agree NOT to:

• Use the bot to violate local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Use the bot or its features to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other Discord members.
• Attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bot features (including game commands, XP tracking, and invite leaderboards).
• Utilize the bot to distribute spam, coordinate server raids, or send unsolicited advertisements.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, or map the core coding modules.
• Deploy self-bots or macros to automate commands and trigger rate limit lockouts.
• Impersonate bot developers, support staff, or affiliates.

3. Premium Tier Features & Donations

Premium features (such as Vanity Roles tracking, J2C Voice, verification layers, custom bot avatar customization) are reserved for premium guilds.

• Premium access is non-transferable and tied to the specific server it was granted for.
• We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove premium features at any time at our sole discretion.
• We reserve the right to revoke premium benefits if a guild is found violating usage rules or Discord guidelines.
• No refunds are provided for premium activation donations, unless required by law.

4. Service Availability & Limits

While we strive for reliable uptime, the Bot is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis:

• We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Playback latency, voice stream connectivity, and command execution depend on Discord API nodes and hosting infrastructure (AXORA CLOUD SOLUTIONS™).
• Scheduled or emergency maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions.
• We are not liable for service interruptions, configuration corruptions, or data loss.
• Features may be modified or retired at our discretion to preserve system health.

5. Termination of Service

Your Rights: You may stop using the Bot at any time by kicking or banning it from your Discord server. You can request deletion of all server data by joining our support guild.

Our Rights:We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Bot for any server or user who violates these Terms, Discord's Terms of Service, or exhibits abusive behavior, at our sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers of , its hosting partners (AXORA CLOUD SOLUTIONS™), or affiliates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of server members, role deletions, data corruption, or configuration resets) arising out of the use or inability to use the Bot, even if notified of the possibility of such damage.
